These terms govern your use of creatorsracing.com and any order you place with Creators Racing, Feel Bliss, near PVPIT College, Bavdhan, Pune. By browsing the store or placing an order you accept them.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud — you are refunded in full in that case.

Prices and availability can change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before payment.

Fitment data is provided as guidance. It is your responsibility to confirm a part suits your exact vehicle, trim and year before ordering — ask us first if you are unsure.

Performance parts must be installed by a competent technician. We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by incorrect installation, misuse, racing use, or modification of a part.

Some parts are intended for off-road or competition use only. Ensuring a part is legal for road use in your jurisdiction, and that it does not void your vehicle's warranty or insurance, is your responsibility.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within the window stated on our Returns page. Fitted, custom-made or special-order parts cannot be returned unless faulty.

Manufacturer warranties apply as issued by each brand. We will help you raise a claim.

The Creators Racing name, logo, site design, photography and copy belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, downtime, or lost earnings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
